Shipping Policy
Shipments within the United States
We understand that when you place an order, you want your products as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00pm EST (Monday-Friday) qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST, outside of business, or on non-business days, will be processed on the next business day.
Please refer to our 'Holiday Calendar', as orders and shipments are not processed on designated holidays.
Product Availability & Lead Time
Each product will display an availability status on the product page, in your shopping cart, and in your order confirmation email. Most products are marked 'In Stock – Requires 1 business day lead time prior to shipment'. These items typically ship within one business day (24 hours). Selecting and expedited shipping methods does not reduce the required lead time before shipment.
While we make every effort to ship from our New York distribution center, inventory availability may vary. We use our best judgment to ensure your order ships as quickly as possible.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with carrier-specific tracking information is typically sent within 2 hours of shipment. A valid email address is required to receive this notification.
Please note that carrier tracking information may not always update immediately. Delays may occur while the shipment is in the carrier's possession. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are not guaranteed, and once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
International Shipments
Items shipped outside of United States may be subject to customs duties and fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and its import regulations. Typically, customs duties and taxes are based on the type and declared value of the item(s).
The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable import fees, customs duties, and local taxes. Orders that are unclaimed, refused, or abandoned due to no-payment of these fees will not be eligible for a refund.
